Once you have found the piece of furniture you wish to purchase you can click on the shopping trolley icon at the bottom right of the full size image and you will be taken to an options page where you will be presented with two buttons.

The first stage in the buying process requires us to calculate how much it is going to cost to ship the item to your door. Since Nuovofiore-direct sells internationally and since there is such a large variety of sizes and weights of products available on this site we need to know where you live and what you want so we can contact our shipping company. To do this click on the leftmost button. From here you will be presented with a form to fill in. Please fill in all the details asked for so that we can contact you in case of any difficulties and so that we obtain accurate shipping information. Be sure to include the product(s) ref no. as written on the relevant stock page next to the full sized image of the piece you wish to buy.

By clicking on the "submit" button at the foot of the form, an e-mail will be sent to us with your details (this e-mail does not constitute an "order" or "contract" and you are under no obligation to buy at this stage. We shall reply to this e-mail giving you an "order no." (this order number allows us to identify you so that you don't need to fill all your details in again. We shall also "echo" the details that you sent to us so that you may confirm their accuracy and finally a price for the piece of furniture you wish to buy combined with the shipping cost to your door (N.B. any customs duty/taxes on arrival in your country must be arranged and payed for by you). Having received this return e-mail you may click on the link at the bottom of the e-mail to be taken directly to the completion form, or if you return to the site of your own volition you may click on the rightmost button after clicking on the shopping trolley, or the "buy online" button in the homepage.

Once at the completion form you will be asked to enter your order number for confirmation of your identity followed by product information (including the new price with the shipping costs). You now need to enter your payment details. You need to read the terms and conditions of sale and "check" the "I agree" box before you can proceed. The terms and conditions can be read in the box on the form page or more conveniently (since they are not crammed into a small box) at the foot of this page, which can be reached from the form page by clicking on the "read terms and conditions" link. Once the form has been completed you should click on the "submit" button to buy the object. This will e-mail us with your order and we shall return your email with a confirmation of your order. WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The following terms and conditions for the sale of goods ("the conditions") will govern all contracts for sale that we, Nuovofiore, enter into with you, the customer, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Please read these Conditions carefully.

1. These Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

2. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these Conditions. You are deemed to accept the Conditions when you place an order for goods with us. Our contract begins when we accept your offer to purchase goods by sending an e-mail (either from ourselves or from our agent, Electronic UK limited) to confirm that your order has been received and accepted.

3. Your order fo goods is subject to availability. If we are not able to supply goods to you for any reason we will inform you of the situation. We shall try to inform you by e-mail should the goods become available within 4 weeks so you can re-submit your order if you so wish.

4. We can only accept orders from customers resident in the UK for delivery to an address within the UK (UK Orders) or orders from customers resident in the USA for delivery to an address within the USA (US Orders). We regret that we cannot accept other orders.

5. All drawings, photographs, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving approximate descriptions of the goods. Except in relation to the main characteristics of the goods, they will not form part of the contract between us.

6. The price for the goods will be as stipulated on the website at the time when you place your order. We may make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published on our website is wrong. We try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate. If the price is incorrect we will inform you of the correct price and give you an opportunity to cancel the order.

7. All prices on our website are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT where applicable but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. In the case of US Orders, you will be responsible for any import/export duties payable for the goods.

8. Payment for the goods must be made by you in accordance with the order form. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to despatch. We can accept no responsibility if any details you provide us with are incorrect or if any order is held up as a result of incorrect details.

9. UK Orders only. For UK Orders:

9.1 Goods may be returned to us within 7 working days of the date of receipt by you of the goods. All such goods must be returned suitably packed in an "as new" condition. Goods which do not comply with this condition may not be returned. Where goods are returned in accordance with this condition, we shall reimburse any money already paid by you, excluding any delivery costs incurred by us, within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods.

9.2 We will deliver the goods within 30 days from the day following that on which your order was accepted. If delivery is delayed for more than 30 days from the date following that on which your order was accepted you have the right to contact us and refuse the goods. In this case we will refund you any money paid for the goods.

10. US Orders only - we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of goods unless caused by our negligence.

11. Subject to condition 9, we shall not be liable to you for any failure or delay in performance of our contract if it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, war, industrial dispute, fire, flood, tempest, and national emergencies and if so delayed we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing such obligations.

12. As soon as the goods are delivered to you, you will be responsible for them. Our responsibility for everything other than damge due to our negligence will end at that time.

13. If you notify us in writing that the goods have arrived in a damaged or defective condition we shall arrange for the collection of the goods. We shall either replace the goods at no extra charge, or refund any money paid by you for the goods. If the goods returned under this condition 13 are found not to be damaged or defective they will be returned to you and an administration fee of £30 plus the cost of carriage of the goods will be charged to you.

14. Ownership of the goods will pass on payment. If you return the goods pursuant to conditions 9 or 13, then ownership of the goods shall transfer back to us when we receive the goods.

15. The contract between us shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree that any dispute may be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

16. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. Any such change shall not affect any contract subsisting between us at the time of such change.
